"I started embroidering when I made a baby blanket for my first grandchild, who is now 18. I wanted to get her name embroidered on it, but it was difficult to find someone to do it for me. So, I bought my own small embroidery machine and started embroidering gifts for all my friends and family.

As I gained experience, I started working with an online embroidery design store and learned a lot from my customers. I just had to keep embroidering more gifts, but eventually, I ran out of people to give them to. That's when I started selling at craft fairs in Reno, NV.

In 2018, I moved closer to my grandchildren in Sacramento, CA, but found it too hot to sit under a tent selling my embroidered gifts during the summers. So, I started selling on Etsy under the name Cindy Embroidered Gifts and later added products on Amazon Handmade under Cindy Embroidery.

Now, I'm opening my own online shop, Cindy Embroidery, to provide customers with unique and personalized embroidered gifts. What inspires me is the joy that my embroidered gifts bring to people's lives. I specialize in custom embroidery for denim jackets, tea towels, baby blankets, and more. My goal is to provide high-quality embroidery that captures the personal touch and sentimentality of each gift."

To ensure that we provide the highest quality embroidery possible, we typically require at least 1-2 weeks of lead time for custom orders. However, we understand that some orders may have a tighter deadline and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We also offer consultations over the phone to discuss your specific embroidery needs and provide guidance on the design process. During the consultation, we can discuss your design ideas, embroidery techniques, and any special requests you may have.

We believe that every gift should be unique and personalized, which is why we take the time to listen to our customers and ensure that we create the perfect embroidery design for each order. "At Cindy Embroidery, we use top-of-the-line embroidery machines and materials to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Our 12-needle ZSK embroidery machine, the Sprint 6 Compact, is small but mighty and offers the most advanced sewing system in the world. Built with German craftsmanship, this machine is highly efficient and delivers superior quality.

To ensure that our embroidery designs last for years to come, we use only top-quality materials, including Isacord Polyester 40 and Madeira Polyneon 40 embroidery thread. We also use a Mighty Hoop Hooping Station, which can accommodate designs ranging from small sleeve cuffs to large Carhartt jacket backs, long sleeve shirts, pant legs, caps, and beanies.

Our blank products are high-quality and purchased from reputable wholesalers. We take pride in our attention to detail and superior craftsmanship, which sets us apart from our competitors. Our goal is to provide customers with personalized, unique, and long-lasting embroidery that captures the sentimentality of each occasion."
